of defects is supplied to TUSK DIRECT, INC. within 30 days after receipt
of products, and products are returned prepaid to TUSK DIRECT, INC.
without tampering or misuse. Liability is limited to such replacement, and TUSK
shall have no liability for consequential damages, or for the mishandling or
misapplication by the buyer or its customers.
No material may be returned under warranty without prior written authorization from TUSK
DIRECT, INC. TUSK will prepay the return to purchaser of such authorized
products.

disclaims any warranties implied in law or in fact including without any limitation
